Campinas registers fourth case of H1N1

The Coordenadoria of Vigilance in Health (Covisa) spread in this Friday, day 13 of July, one more case of respiratory sharp serious syndrome caused for H1N1 in Prairies. Now, the city starts to have four cases of the disease in 2012.
The victim is a 53-year-old woman, resident of the central region. In spite of having cardiopatia carve, the patient did not take the vaccine against the flu. In accordance with the Covisa, she already had rise and it passes well.
Other victims of the H1N1 are two 47 and 84-year-old women and adolescent of 16. Two first ones make part of the group of risk (one is cardiopata and (it has more than 60 years), but they were not vaccinated. Two cases evolved into the cure. The third one is interned in the Unity of Intensive Therapy (ICU) and breathes with the help of appliances, but the sedation keeps on being reduced.

Campinas confirms cases of swine flu

The Vigilance Epidemiol?gica of Prairies confirmed the existence of six cases of pig flu in the city. In 24 hours, three cases were detected, besides 17 was under investigation, with the suspicion of Flu To.
The positive cases of the disease were identified in patients of different ages and regions.
The two most recent cases belong to a baby of four months and a 21-year-old young person. Other patients diagnosed with the healthy virus: Four 47, 53 and 84-year-old women and adolescent of 16.
Most of the patients were belonging to the group of risk and they did not take the vaccine against the flu H1N1. Of five women, only the adolescent is still not rehabilitated. The 16-year-old girl is interned in the ICU and breathes with the help of appliances.
