قامت سلطات الحجر الصحى بمطار القاهرة الدولى بعزل 6 ركاب للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بفيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير، حيث تم نقلهم لمستشفى الحميات بالعباسية للتأكد من إصابتهم بالفيروس من عدمه، وهم راكبتان لبنانيتان (22 سنة) و(44 سنة) وليبى (16 سنة) قادمون من ليبيا على متن طائرة خطوط الطيران الليبية فى الرحلة رقم 202، وطفل (5 سنوات) بريطانى من أصل مصرى ووالدته (28 سنة) مصرية قادمان من لندن، ومن أمستردام فى الرحلة رقم 553 تم عزل مكسيكية (39 سنة).
كما فحصت السلطات على مدار الأربع وعشرين ساعة الماضية 17 ألف راكب قادمين من الدول الموبوءة بالفيروس على 134 رحلة طيران تبين سلامتهم، وسجلت بياناتهم لمراقبتهم صحيا.
