قامت مديرية الطب البيطري بمحافظة الاقصر باعدام ما يزيد علي 10 آلاف من الطيور الحية تابعة لمزرعة دواجن بمنطقة نجع جوهر جنوب الطود بعد ان اثبتت التحاليل التي اجريت علي عينة المسح انها مصابة بمرض انفلونزا الطيور. The Directorate of Veterinary Medicine Luxor Governorate, culling more than 10 thousands of live birds to a poultry farm south of the core area of Naga Tod after tests proved that conducted on a sample survey that she had bird flu. فور التأكد من الاصابة أصدرت الدكتورة هناء عبدالحميد مدير عام إدارة الطب البيطري بالأقصر تعليماتها بعمل مسح شامل لها لمسافة 3 كيلو مترات ولمدة 22 يوماً. Once the determination is issued from the injury, Dr. Hana Hameed Director General of the Department of Veterinary Medicine in Luxor, a comprehensive survey of the work instructed her to a distance of 3 kilometers for a period of 22 days. اخطرت مديرية الطب البيطري مديرية الصحة بالواقعة للتأكد من وجود إصابات بشرية للعاملين بالمزرعة والسكان المجاورين لها من عدمه.
