Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit . The oil slick every day extends the so-called Bay of Banderas, in this county because its presence was detected on the beach in Bucerias, reported Municipal Civil Protection units.
This now number six in the municipalities affected beaches of Cape Current, Puerto Vallarta , Jalisco, and now add the beach of Bucerias, Nayarit.
Juan Pablo Gracia Castillon, ruler of Ecology Puerto Vallarta , said on Tuesday opened the two affected beaches in the south of the city, but acknowledged that staff currently remains cleaning them thoroughly.
"However we are on alert because now appeared in Bucerias" said the mayor Vallarta.
