Goias records five deaths from H1N1 and H3N2

Four deaths caused by Inflenza virus A (H1N1) were recorded in three municipalities of Goias between February and May of this year. Two occurred in Corumba?ba, Southern Region of the State, one in Goiania and another in Itapaci, in the Valley of Saint Patrick. Already in Rio Verde, in Southwest goiano, There was a death by virus type H3N2.

Of the five deaths, according to information from the State Department of Health (SES) disclosed this Friday (16/5). Four patients had non-communicable chronic diseases -- factor considered serious by the authorities -- with indication of the vaccine against the Influenza virus. In the so-called mapping of deaths of Health, three of the victims are men and two are women, with ages between 19 and 47 years. On 25 February, a woman of 46 years with cardiovascular disease chronic died in Rio Verde. In March, on day 31, a man with HIV died in Corumba?ba. In the same city, 24 days after, another man, 47, without risk factor, also died. In Itapaci, a 19-year-old girl had cardiovascular disease chronic (considered risk factor) and died on 25 April. In the capital, the victim was a man of 31 years with immunodeficiency, who died on 2 May. The folder also reported that 100 cases of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) were reported in 2014. Of these, 14 were caused by Influenza: 10 type H1N1; two for H3N2; and two Influenza B, in which the two victims were cured.
