Winnebago County health officials are investigating a probable case of measles in a 4-year-old child.

The child has a rash that began near the ears on June 30 and also presented with conjunctivitis (pinkeye), fever and Koplik spots. Measles was last confirmed in 1994 in Winnebago County...
