PALPA, JAN 01 - Locals of Puktung, Kaseni-4 in the district have been terror struck as a hill spread over an area of one kilometre has started caving in, forming cracks in the surface and giving rise to huge craters. While the incident has directly affected 12 houses, nine houses in a settlement below the hill face imminent danger...
... As human settlement is near the incident site and locals often take their livestock to graze in the area, Lokesh Suryabanshi, a local resident, said that over 60 domestic animals had gone missing after accidentally falling into the craters.
