KATHMANDU, June 29 (Xinhua) -- Three cases of the pandemic influenza A/H1N1 have been detected in Nepal.
The announcement was made by the Health Ministry of Nepal on Monday.
According to the THT Online report, the three infected victims comprise a 38-year old woman, a 44-year old man and an 8-year old boy, all from the same family.
The trio arrived in Nepal from the United States via Doha on June 21.
They are currently undergoing treatment. The names have not been disclosed.
More three new cases of Swine flu detected in Nepal
August 10th 2009. - Kathmandu, Nepal ? The ministry of health has said that more three new swine flu, H1NI virus, cases have been reported in Nepal.
With the three new cases the number toll reached to 20. According to the ministry the new three cases have been detected in a 31 and 22 year old males who landed in Nepal from Dubai someday ago.
Likewise, the other case has been detected in a 45 year old male who had returned from England. The ministry has not made public the details about of the effected people.
