Advice: Vaccinate children against swine flu

9-11-09

Children aged between six months and five years should be vaccinated against the swine flu . NOS Dutch Television received confirmation from sources, this will be the advice to Public Health Minister Klink.

Klink almost certainly will take that advice.

The vaccinations will be administered by the regional health services. May have been the first child will receive the jab on Wednesday.

Health Services would already have taken options on gymnasiums and other accommodations that are suitable for mass vaccinations.

Babies younger thand 6 months are not included int the vaccination program because the vaccine for infants is still not allowed.
