Bauchi ? Outbreak of diphtheria has killed six children in Duzum village of Madara district in Katagum Local Government Area of Bauchi State.
Chairman of the care taker committee of Katagum Local Government Area, Alhaji Abubakar Dahuwa Abdulkadir, stated this at the weekend while commiserating with families of the deceased.
He said from the report they gathered, the victims include five boys and one girl, urging the communities affected to embrace routine immunization in order to protect and guarantee the health of their children...
