PHL embassy posts links to Saudi health ministry portal on coronavirus

To help Filipinos in Saudi Arabia get more information about the new strain of the virus related to Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), the Philippine Embassy there has linked up with the site of the Saudi health ministry.
In a news release, the embassy said it has included on its site links to the Saudi Ministry of Health on the new MERS coronavirus.

The embassy also cited videos on infection prevention and control precautions when caring for patients with probable or confirmed infection.
Meanwhile, the embassy requested the public, especially those working in the medical field, to visit the Saudi Ministry of Health website for regular updates and guidance.
Saudi Arabia, home to at least one million Filipino workers, has been most affected by the virus, which is fast spreading throughout the Middle East and began to spill over to some countries in Europe like Germany, Britain and France.
