Deputy medical superintendent Ravi Kadam led a mob to a resident doctor's quarters. "At 1.30 am, the resident doctor got a call from the deputy superintendent asking him to look at a patient in ward number 13,'' said a doctor. The doctor refused. The matter was resolved when the mob was notified that a doctor on duty had reached their patient.
