The San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency is notifying approximately 1,300 people who were possibly exposed to tuberculosis at the downtown San Diego American Indian Health Center (SDAIHC).

The tuberculosis case was discovered on April 11. The period of exposure was between Oct. 1, 2010 and April 1, 2011...
