NORTH AUGUSTA, SC (WFXG) -
Two people were treated after possibly being exposed to rabies in North Augusta, according to the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control.
The possible exposure happened on April 21 when the victims' dog killed a raccoon. The raccoon tested positive for rabies on April 22. The victims may have been exposed to the raccoon's saliva by handling the dogs. ..
