Start Uruguay vaccination against influenza A H1N1
A year after their first confirmed cases of human influenza virus or influenza A H1N1, Uruguay will begin to vaccinate on Monday 5 April.
Health officials said the vaccination is free and compulsory, however it is recommended for risk groups: pregnant women, new mothers up to six months after delivery and health personnel under 50 years.
The MSP aide, Eduardo Savio, said that for older trivalent vaccine will apply also protects against seasonal flu.
