MBABANE ? Tuberculosis kills at least 350 people in one month, the TB Control Programme said.
Themba Dlamini the Manager of the National TB Control Programme in the Ministry of Health said there was a need for additional human resources to deal with multi drug resistant cases.
He was speaking during a press conference held at the Mountain Inn yesterday, which was convened by the Country Coordinating Mechanism (CCM).
Dlamini said statistics show that about 4 000 people die of TB every year and the number rises to 20 000 in just three years.
"If the situation continues to be this bad, we may wake up one day and find no one as people would have been killed.
