Department of Animal Health would like to inform the situation of avian influenza, foot and mouth disease progress cattle and swine blue ear translated as follows:

ITINH OF SERVICES

1. Avian

Ha Tinh: On July 2, 2010, an outbreak of suspected bird flu have occurred in flocks of 01 households in The Thach, Thach Ha district. Total poultry destroyed the 185 children including 05 chickens and 180 ducks. Thus, from the date of January 15, 2010 to present, avian influenza has occurred in 09 communes of 03 districts and cities of Ha Tinh province (district Thach Ha, Cam Xuyen and Ha Tinh City). Total of 3573 birds infected children (540 chickens, ducks and 3.0288 thousand children in 2005) the total number of birds destroyed 14,126 children (5198 chickens, ducks 8589 and 339 thousand children).

Currently, both countries 06 provinces including Ca Mau, Ha Tinh, Dien Bien, Soc Trang, Kon Tum and Quang Tri with avian influenza has 21 days.
