UW Warns Students, Staff Of Possible Chickenpox Exposure

SEATTLE -- The University of Washington is advising students and staff of a possible exposure to chickenpox.

Officials said a grade school student visited UW Friday as part of the Engineering Discovery Day. That student later came down with chickenpox, also known as varicella.

The student with chickenpox was involved in all outdoor activities and also visited several areas in the engineer building...
