1987 notified YFV cases with 487 suspected, 574 confirmed, and 926 discarded cases; 282 notified YFV associated fatalities with 71 suspected, 187 confirmed, and 24 discarded fatalities due to YFV infection reported nationwide as of 29 March by Brazilian MOH. Most cases are reported from the Southeastern region which includes the states of Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Espirito Santo, and Minas Gerais, with the epicentre in Minas Gerais.
