Are there any official sources confirming Ukraine is reporting 759 deaths due to H1N1 ?

MoH daily count says 'pneumonia' of all causes, i. e. some caused by H1N1 virus, but also a number of influenza deaths NOT related to H1N1

The newspaper could be interpreting the MOH report. I do not know if this source has a political bias or not.

Most of the Ukraine is not even testing these cases - they are just calling it ARI. Donetsk seems to be one of the few areas testing all fatalities, and about 60% of them are coming back positive for H1N1 (and there is a good suspicion that many of the negatives also had that virus, although I'm sure some of the fatalities might be caused by seasonal pathogens).

So is is really difficult to compare the counts out of the Ukraine to other countries that are only reporting confrimed cases.
