Four children die after vaccination

Japan's Health Ministry has suspended 2 types of publicly subsidized vaccinations, as 4 children have died after receiving them.

The 2 vaccines are the Hib shot to prevent bacterial meningitis and one that protects against streptococcus pneumonia.....

......Drug maker Pfizer says its Prevnar vaccine is produced in the United States, and that more than 2 million doses have been distributed in Japan since February of last year. Pfizer says it's ready to cooperate with the Ministry's inquiry. It also says it's not planning a product recall....

Pentavalent Vaccine includes HIB. HIB was administered to the cases in this post (except case 2) and the children in Michoacan, Mexico. Coincidence? Manufacturer related? Unrelated entirely?
