Two individuals, one from Istanbul one from Izmir approached health facilities with high fever and muscle aches have been tested + for H1N1.
One was traveling from New York, flew to Istanbul, then transferred for Izmir on the 29th.
The other was traveling from Houston TX via Amsterdam and arrived in İstanbul.
All passengers on the following planes were urged to call 122 (like 911) to identify themselves and get health checks:
- 5/28 New York - Istanbul Turkish Airlines TK 002
- 5/29 Turkish airlines TK 324 İstanbul-İzmir
- 5/29 KLM Havayolları KL 1613 Amsterdam-İstanbul
