Four-year-old Josef Parker had arms, legs amputated
A 4-year-old DeWitt, Nebraska boy who lost his arms and legs to a devastating infection has died. Josef Parker lost his battle with bacterial meningitis Saturday at Iowa Children's Hospital in Iowa City.
