ARKANSAS (KATV) ? The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission says there have 23 more confirmed cases of chronic wasting disease (CWD) among deer and elk in northern Arkansas.
CWD was first confirmed in Arkansas on Feb. 23, and there have now been 79 total confirmed cases. Three of those cases have been elk in Newtown County, while the other 76 cases have been deer. 74 of those deer were found in Newton County and the other two were in Boone County...
