Alberta wants it's money back for a large quantity of H1N1 vaccine.

The province says it has 650,000 doses of the adjuvanted shot that's about to expire.

That's because Health Canada reduced the expiry date from eighteen months to six months.

The government is looking for $2.2 million in money back from manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline.

Talks between the two are still going on.
