Luanda ? One hundred and ninety seven 197 cases of Dengue have been confirmed, from the 275 suspects recorded in the country from 12 March to 09 April this year, said the Angola's Health minister, Jos? Van-Dun?m.
Speaking to Angop the minister said that since the emergence of the disease in the country no death has been reported so far.
Of the cases, 273 have been registered in Luanda and two others in the northern Malanje province, leading to the hospitalisation of 33 patients...

Dengue kills one out of 301 confirmed cases
Luanda ? One person died, out of 301 cases of dengue recorded in Angola until May 17 this year since the outbreak was announced on 12 March, Angop learned Monday in Luanda.
A health source said that 400 suspect cases of dengue were recorded in the five months above, but only 301 were confirmed through laboratory text...

Luanda ? At least 834 cases of dengue were recorded in the country since the outbreak of the disease in March until 20 June, causing 10 deaths, Angop learnt on Monday in Luanda.
Source from the Ministry of Health said to Angop that from this figure, 657 cases were confirmed in laboratory and 214 people were admitted in the hospital...

As of 5 September 2013, 1,200 confirmed cases DF have been reported with eleven deaths. The majority of cases were reported in the capital city, Luanda [10].
At least 90 dengue cases have also been associated with travel to Angola [10]. During April 2013, ten cases of DF were identified in business travellers who had returned from Angola to Canada, France, Germany, Israel and South Africa [11].
