Another swine flu death in Wales confirmed

ANOTHER person has died after contracting swine flu in Wales.
The Welsh Assembly Government today confirmed the death but would give no more details about the person.
The death brings Wales? swine flu-related death toll to eight, including 29-year-old David Hayes, who died earlier this month while on holiday in Spain.
The latest figures also reveal that 58 people are being treated in hospitals in Wales for swine flu ? 13 are in critical care.
Dr Tony Jewell, Wales? chief medical officer, said: ?Sadly, as the number of swine flu cases rise, the number of people experiencing severe symptoms or complications or even death will inevitably increase.
?This is the same for seasonal flu in the winter.
?I want to praise NHS staff for their efforts so far in managing the pandemic. I know they have worked extremely hard and will continue to do so as the number of cases increases.?
