Are Symptoms/Target Population Changing?

The following is from the Mexico Case tracking Thread, post 143-today.
This seems different. I don't think i've seen 52.7 percent with general failures in the system before. Where is the sore throat, headache, malaise, diarrhea, vomiting, ect? Is this resp/organ failure only, or do you think they've just sort of lumped every other symptom into the "general system failure" catagory?

It may be hitting the older folks harder now also, 371 cases and 12 deaths?

"Among children 0 to 4 years there have been 2 thousand 697 infections and 19 deaths, while among adults 60 years or more have been 371 cases and 12 deaths.

From the above paragraph, it seems that the percents are taken in a strange way, to better say: the summ of all percents are not 100%.

So it seems that every single symptom is taken apart its percent, and all the symptoms are in regards to the deceased number of people only.

86 percent fever - it means that 86% of all deceased had fever, the other 14% don't
...
52,7% general failures in the system - 52,7% of deceased had general system failures failures, the other 47,3% dont
...

So the individual deceased people had more symptoms at once.
(if something is wrong, correct)

The bad and worying thing is the ~3.3% CFR in elderly patients group:

"among adults 60 years or more have been 371 cases and 12 deaths"


More and more, the past used mantra of elderly is somehow protected from previous strains, starts to rumble.

If they want to say by their: "it is like seasonal flu", the above ..., we got more trouble,
because now there are childrens, teens, middle ages, and elderly, already succumbed of it.
So all age groups.

I certainly add the environment (arsenic, nitrate, what else) and the climate.

The equation is getting more complex, the responses needs a lot of flexibility taken all these factors into account and to adapted to Regions.
