Coronavirus in Argentina: 600 new cases, 13228 confirmed and 490 deaths, as of May 26
Of the nineteen new deaths, fifteen are from the province of Buenos Aires, eight men of 66, 80, 71, 55, 71, 80, 43 and 71 years old and seven women of 68, 100, 49, 82, 78, 89 and 87 years. The Buenos Aires territory added 236 cases and totals 4455 confirmed.
Argentina has 13,228 positive cases of Coronavirus and added 600 in the country. Of them 236 belong to the province of Buenos Aires, which total 4455 in this territory, according to the evening report of May 26.
Of the total of these cases, 959 (7.2%) are imported, 5,813 (43.9%) are close contacts of confirmed cases, 4,354 (32.9%) are cases of community circulation and the rest are under epidemiological investigation .
Since the last report issued, 19 new deaths were recorded. Eleven men, eight of 66, 80, 71, 55, 71, 80, 43 and 71 years, residing in the province of Buenos Aires; two of 84 and 39 years, residents in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA); and a 70-year-old man, resident in the province of Chaco; and eight women, seven of 68, 100, 49, 82, 78, 89 and 87 years, residing in the province of Buenos Aires; and one of 62, resident in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA). At the moment the number of deceased is 490.
