Acute Flaccid Paralysis. Block: Rangjuli, PHC: Damra, Sub Centre: Nishangram, Vill: Kalicapara, Near Dainadubi Road, P.O: Damra, dist: Goalpara.
Case: 1 Fatalities: 0 Outbreak: 28/08/2010 Report: 09/09/2010 Population: 500
Notes: Name: Echak Ali, Age: 11 years 01 months and 11 days, Sex: Male, religion: Islam. History of difficulty in walking. Pain in the right leg. No history of fever, cough & RTI. On examination, the right knee is found swollen and tender. Since last three days progressive. Stool sample collected on 050910 and 060910 and sent to Surveillance Medical Officer, National Polio Surveillance Project, Bongaigaon, Assam. Results awaited. OPV doses received through routine EPI (before onset) 04 dose and OPV doses received through SIAs (before onset) 06 dose. Therefore total doses 10 dose. Investigation Open No travel history within 35 days prior to onset of paralysis
