Notes: fever and vomiting, the patient(Mukul Das, 40yrs,M,Mairamara Village) admitted on 02.10.2010 at Dispur Plyclinic & Nursing Home and died on 07.10.10 at 11.00 P.M. at the nursing home. F.G. Test done at Dispur Polyclinic on 06.10.10 ,result found positive. 22 nos BS,ITBN: 202nos,distribution of leaflet:118 nos at Howly CHC, DMO, Barpeta is informed by IDSP to take necessary action Investigation Open reports collected by IDSP team from Bhawanipur PHC.
