Disneyland measles shows up in Phoenix

The Maricopa County Department of Health confirmed this morning a woman in her 50's tested positive for measles after visiting "the Happiest Place on Earth" in December. The woman has recovered from the disease. But the county's top public health doctor said Arizona could see more measles cases...
Measles outbreak reaches Pinal County

The Pinal County Public Health Services District has identified four cases of measles in a Kearny area family and believes the cases are linked to a December visit to Disneyland.
The family had chosen to opt out of vaccinations and, according to Public Health Director Tom Schryer, they are "experiencing the consequences of that decision in a very real way."
County health officials are trying to locate anyone who has had contact with the family...

...Maricopa County health officials confirm an adult woman is its second measles case and may have exposed people at the Phoenix Children's East Valley Center from Jan. 20-21. They say the unidentified woman had contact with four members of a Kearny-area family who tested positive for measles and likely are linked to last month's outbreak in Southern California.
The unidentified Pinal County man also came in contact with the family and visited six public locations in Kearny on Jan. 22-23...
Officials: Up to 1K possibly exposed to measles in Arizona

...Health officials in Gila County are working to identify anyone who might have come in contact with a patient who has measles and visited a hospital there in mid-January.
The patient is among the confirmed cases in Pinal County, where health officials have identified five people with the disease.
Gila County health officials said the patient in question visited the Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center at 1:47 a.m. on Jan. 14.
Anyone who was working at the hospital or visited the hospital between 1:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 14 was potentially exposed, and health officials have identified nine staff members and eight non-staff members whom they are tracking.
There are no confirmed cases of measles in anyone living in Gila County....
