[TD] CDC Hosts National Call to Introduce the CDC Zika Response Plan for CONUS and Hawaii
CDC will host a national teleconference with state health officials, state epidemiologists, state maternal and child health leads, and key local health department officials to introduce the CDC Zika Response Plan for CONUS and Hawaii from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. EDT on Friday, June 10. This call is designed to socialize the plan with health departments prior to its official release. The response plan is being finalized and will be provided to you as soon as it becomes available in advance of the call.
To enhance discussions, CDC encourages invited participants to share the conference information with identified jurisdictional representatives from vector control, epidemiology, pregnancy and birth defects, maternal and child health, and public information/risk communication programs. There will be an opportunity for questions following the teleconference. Questions can also be sent in advance topreparedness@cdc.gov . Participant information for the call is provided below.
