National Health Commission: 20 new confirmed cases yesterday, all imported from abroad
Beijing News Express According to the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 20 new confirmed cases from 0-24 o'clock on October 4, all of which were imported cases (10 in Shanghai) , Sichuan 3 cases, Inner Mongolia 2 cases, Fujian 2 cases, Shanxi 1 case, Jiangsu 1 case, Guangdong 1 case); no new death cases; no new suspected cases.
Seven new cases were cured and discharged on the same day, and 523 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.
There are 208 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 1 severe case) and 6 suspected cases. A total of 2921 confirmed cases, a total of 2713 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

A total of 5676 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Among them, there are 5113 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (4861 discharged from hospital, 105 deaths), 46 in Macau Special Administrative Region (46 discharged from hospital), 517 cases in Taiwan (484 discharged from hospital, 7 deaths).
