Regarding strengthening the prevention and control of imported cold chain foods, Hohhot issued the latest announcement
In order to minimize the risk of the spread of the epidemic through imported cold chain food, and further implement the prevention and control strategy of "personal co-defense", "external defense, internal defense against rebound", and effectively protect the lives and health of the people, we will now further strengthen the imported cold chain. The announcement of the relevant matters of the food epidemic prevention and control work is as follows:
1. Strictly implement the system of requesting evidence, requesting tickets and reporting
All food sellers and catering service units that purchase imported cold chain food from outside of Hohhot shall strictly implement the batch purchase inspection record system, and request the entry and exit inspection and quarantine certificate of imported cold chain food, customs declaration form, nucleic acid test qualification report and Proof of disinfection. 24 hours before the arrival of the product, report to the regional market supervision department and log in to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region imported cold chain food traceability system (WeChat applet "Meng Cold Chain") for product information report. After the health department has passed the nucleic acid test, it can be sold with the "Mongolian Cold Chain" electronic traceability code. Other cold chain foods shall implement a regular sampling inspection system in strict accordance with relevant national and autonomous region regulations.
2. Strictly regulate the sales of imported cold chain food
Sellers of imported cold chain foods must clearly display the “Mongolian Cold Chain” traceability QR code in a prominent position in the sales area when selling, and establish a consumer information registration system for purchasing imported cold chain foods to record in detail the name, quantity, and batch of purchasers. Time, contact number, address and other information.
3. Strictly investigate and punish import cold chain food business units that violate laws and regulations
All imported cold-chain foods that cannot be provided with relevant certificates shall be sealed up and processed according to regulations after testing. For those who do not implement the obligation to report 24 hours in advance, for those who do not use the "Mongolian Cold Chain" imported cold chain food traceability platform, for those who do not have coded sales, for those who do not request a certificate of detoxification and implement preventive comprehensive disinfection measures. Food business units and market supervision departments shall strictly and promptly re-investigate and deal with them in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
