[h=3]Abstract[/h] We report here the genome sequence of the influenza A virus strain A/swine/Korea/61/2016, isolated from swine in the Republic of Korea. On the basis of sequence analysis, A/swine/Korea/61/2016 is marked from swine H1N1 influenza virus.
