Costa Rica: AH1N1 Takes Two Lives

San Jose, Dec 9 (Prensa Latina) H1N1 took two lives and affected about 20 people so far this year in Costa Rica, confirmed Deputy Health Minister, Adolfo Ortiz.

The first fatality as consequence of the virus in the period was a 78-year-old man from San Carlos, and the second was a 27year-old woman in the Caribbean province of Puerto Lim?n.

Health Ministry figures show that around 20 people were infected by the disease in these months, although risk groups were vaccinated.
