An outbreak of deadly tuberculosis in Britain's toughest jail has sparked safety and security fears.
One inmate from Belmarsh prison has been taken to hospital and three others are being kept in isolation in the full-to-capacity category A jail in South East London.
If any more prisoners fall ill they may have to be sent elsewhere, raising fears of spreading TB to other jails.
A minor outbreak of TB, which attacks the lungs, hit Belmarsh five months ago...
