أعلن الدكتور محمد أيمن رجب وكيل وزارة الصحة بالدقهلية، أن المحافظة سجلت من يوم 20 نوفمبر 2010 حتى يوم 29 ديسمبر 1171 حالة اشتباه فى الإصابة بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير "AH1N1"، منهم ألف حالة خلال الأسبوع الأخير فقط من يوم 22 إلى 29 ديسمبر، كما تم رصد 22 حالة وفاة وجميعهم يعانون من أمراض أخرى أو حوامل عدا حالة واحدة فقط هى التى توفيت ليست مصابة بأمراض أخرى وكانت لشاب محاسب وكان محجوز فى مستشفى بالزقازيق. Dr. Ayman Mohamed Ragab, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Dakahlia, that the preservation of recorded on November 20, 2010 until December 29, 1171 the case of suspicion of infection with swine flu "AH1N1", of whom a thousand cases during the last week only from day 22 to December 29, has also been monitor the 22 deaths, all of whom suffer from other diseases or pregnant women except in the case and the only one that died had not been infected with other diseases was a young accountant, was reserved in a hospital in Zagazig.
أضاف وكيل وزارة الصحة: لدينا 3 مستويات للعلاج المستوى الأولى نحجز فيه كل الحالات المشتبه بها ومستوى آخر للعزل والمستوى الأخير يكون فى العناية المركزة فعندما 3 مستشفيات عامة و11 مستشفى مركزى (أ) و9 مستشفيات مركزى (ب) وأنه تم تخصيص 10% من الآسرة فى المستشفيات محجوزة لاستقبال الحالات ومستشفى صدر المنصورة معده لاستقبال أنفلونزا الطيور فقط حتى لا يتم تزاوج بين الخنازير والطيور وأى حالة اشتباه يتم حجزها بالمستشفى. وأشار إلى إنه هناك مستوى ثالث للخدمة العلاجية، وهى العناية المركزة الخاصة للفيروس وتحددت بمستشفيات طلخا والعام الدولى وتم رفع عدد الأسرة داخل كل عناية لتتضاعف علاوة على إمدادهم بأجهزة تنفس صناعى جديدة لاستقبال الحالات بكفاءة مميزة. He pointed out that there is a third level of service treatment, a special intensive care of the virus were determined Hospitals Talkha and international public has been increasing the number of the family in care of each double in addition to providing them with a new respirator devices to receive the special cases efficiently.
