اكتشفت مديرية الصحة بالغربية بؤرة منزلية إيجابية جديدة مصابة بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور بقرية كوم النجار مركز بسيون ، وعلى الفور شكلت مديرية الصحة لجان عاجلة من المديرية والطب البيطرى وتم إعدام 5 بطات و9 دجاجات ودفنهم بالمدفن الصحى وتطهير البؤرة وأخذ الإجراءات الوقائية. Said Dr. Sharif Hammouda Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Gharbia, stressing that it was taking blood samples from contacts of the birds and sent to the central laboratories of the Ministry of Health to the extent of illness or not.
