شهدت محافظة الغربية وفاة حالتين جديدتين بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير، الأولى لطفل لم يتجاوز عمره 4 شهور، والثانية لشاب يبلغ 25 عاماً. Western Province experienced the death of two new cases of swine flu, the first for a child over the age of 4 months, and the second a young man of 25 years.
صرح الدكتور شريف حمودة، وكيل وزارة الصحة بالغربية، بوفاة الطفل "مؤمن مصباح" 4 شهور، حيث جاءت نتيجة العينات الخاصة به إيجابية، مضيفاً الحالة الثانية لشاب يبلغ من العمر (25 سنة)، ومقيم بقرية ميت حبيب، حيث لقى حتفه داخل مستشفى صدر المحلة بعد ثبوت إيجابية حالته بالمرض.
