حذر الدكتور أحمد زكى بدر وزير التربية والتعليم من تخفيض إجراءات الوقاية الصحية بالمدارس، وأكد عدم اتخاذ أى إجراءات استثنائية بالمدارس بسبب ظهور حالات إصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير، وقال إنه لن يتم اتخاذ إجراءات استثنائية دون الرجوع لوزارة الصحة، وأكد أن الوزارة لم تصدر أى توجيهات للمدارس بتخفيف إجراءات الوقاية من مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير، وقال إن إجراءات الوقاية يجب أن تكون دائمة ومتبعة فى كافة المدارس سواء ظهر مرض أو لم يظهر طوال العام. وأشار إلى صدور تعليمات مديرى التربية والتعليم بأن إجراءات الوقاية مستمرة ولم يتم تخفيفها مع ضرورة توعية العاملين بأعراض مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير والإجراءات المتبعة للكشف المبكر والعلاج عند حدوث المرض وعدم مخالطة المريض للغير، وكذلك استخدام المطهرات والمنظفات لتنظيف المكاتب والفصول والمعامل والأرضيات ودورات المياه والبوفيهات والمصاعد بصفة مستمرة وإلزام شركات النظافة المتعاقدة مع بعض الجهات للقيام بذلك. وقال الوزير إن كل مدير تعليم مسئول فى نطاق عمله عن تطبيق هذه الإجراءات باستمرار طوال العام وبغض النظر وجود أمراض من عدمه، وأنه يجب الاتصال بالخط الساخن رقم 105 المخصص بوزارة الصحة للاستفسار والإبلاغ عن حالات الاشتباه بأنفلونزا الخنازير. The minister said that every director of education official in the scope of its work on the application of these procedures consistently throughout the year, regardless of the presence of diseases or not, and that it must call the hotline No. 105, Ministry of Health for the ad hoc query and reporting suspected cases of swine flu.
