أصدر الدكتور حاتم الجبلي وزير الصحة والسكان قرارا بإلزام جميع المستشفيات الطبية الخاصة والاستثمارية والجامعية بتقديم خدمات العلاج مجانا للحالات الطارئة لمدة24 ساعة فقط يتم بعدها تخيير المريض في البقاء بالمنشأة علي نفقته الخاصة وبالأجور المحددة المعلن عنها بالمستشفي أو النقل لأقرب مستشفي حكومي. كما تضمن القرار تطبيق عقوبات إدارية وجنائية علي المنشآت الطبية والمسئولين عنها في حالة عدم الالتزام أو مخالفة القرار الوزاري, ووجه القرار تحذيرا لكل المستشفيات من احتجاز جثة نزيل أو استغلال حالة الوفاة في الحصول علي مزايا مادية أو إجبار الأهل علي التوقيع علي شيكات.
Dr Hatem el-Gabali and Minister of Health and Population decision to compel all hospitals and private medical university investment and provide treatment services free of charge to emergency for 24 hours, after which the patient's choice to remain in the facility at his own expense and wages set by the advertiser or hospital transport to the nearest government hospital. Will also be applied administrative and criminal penalties on officials and medical facilities in the event of non-compliance or contravention of the ministerial decree, and the resolution of all hospitals warning of detention or remove the body of the state of death to get material benefits or forcing parents to sign checks.
وأوضح الوزير أن القرار الوزاري جاء لإضافة المستشفيات الجامعية إلي المستشفيات الخاصة والاستثمارية التي صدر بشأنها قرار وزاري سابق تؤكد فيه الوزارة علي جميع المنشآت الطبية الخاصة والاستثمارية المرخص لها طبقا لأحكام القانون والخاص بتنظيم المنشآت الصحية بضرورة الالتزام بتقديم الخدمات الطبية مجانا لحالات الطواريء للإسعاف الفوري. كما تضمنت المادة الثانية من القرار ضرورة أن تقوم تلك المستشفيات بوضع أسعار محددة للعلاج والإقامة بها ونصت المادة الثالثة علي أن يتولي المستشفي تبصير المريض مقدما بتكلفة العملية الجراحية بكافة مراحلها.
He explained that the ministerial decision to add the university hospitals to private hospitals and investment has been issued a ministerial decision affirming an earlier ministry on all private medical facilities and investment licensed in accordance with the law and private health facilities need to organize the obligation to provide medical services free of charge for emergency ambulance immediately. It also included the second article of the need for the resolution of those hospitals a fixed price for medical treatment and accommodation provided by Article III that the hospital is to inform the patient in advance at all stages of the operation.
