3) Egypt - This case onset is December 31 but MoH is counting as a 2015 case 37) #52 Egypt - Male, 30, onset December 31, media report of MoH announcement - Minya

4) Egypt - This case onset is December 2014 but MoH is counting as a 2015 case 32) #47 Egypt - Male, 51, MoH announced December 30 - Assuit

5) Egypt - Female, 45, died January 2, 2015 Death note

January 11, 2014: The MoH announced 10 total cases for 2015. Apparently the MoH is using test dates or hospitalization dates to tally cases. Several cases were announced in the first week of January 2015 that had onset dates in 2014:

January 8, 2014: Media reports that the MoH announced a tally of 7 total cases so far in 2015. I have no idea if these cases are new or are actually cases from late 2014. There is no detail and no such announcement on the MoH website.
