Abstract
In December 2019, a series of pneumonia cases with Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China[SUP]1-3[/SUP] . This study aims to share clinical experience in screening pediatric cases suspected with COVID-19 in a Chinese children's hospital. Besides, we will discuss the differences in epidemiological, clinical, laboratory, and radiological characteristics between adults and children in the COVID-19 pandemic by reviewing the current literature reporting laboratory-confirmed pediatric cases with COVID-19. We hope to improve the measures of screening pediatric suspected cases to avoid missed diagnosis and save medical sources in the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract
