[h=3]Abstract[/h] Outbreaks of H5N1 Avian Influenza (AI) emerged in Indonesia, Thailand and Viet Nam during 2003- 2005. Its severe impact has been reported; the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and World Bank (WB) estimated that Viet Nam lost up to 1.8% of GDP (1).
