Fed’s Kashkari decries ‘absurd’ U.S. financial system that needs bailout every 10 years - ‘How can it possibly be this fragile?’

This makes me so mad. This is caused by the government intervening to stop the business cycle. They have been trying to eliminate any downturns. When this done routinely a huge distortion in the efficient allocation of resources in an economy becomes pronounced. The economy gets weaker and weaker....then you can't cut off the government interventions because the economy needs this stimulation to continue propping up inefficiencies.
