All of Florida is a huge wildlife preserve. Sanibel is a great place to glimpse into this world. There are many animals species that are unique to Florida. One is the manatee which is a large walrus type mammal that lives in fresh water. It is an endangered animal. Think of finding groups of dead flamingos. Gak.
