The graph below shows the increase in cumulative deaths from selected countries in the Southern Hemisphere. I believe the first confirmed death in the Southern Hemisphere was in Chile on June 5, 2009. The graph is based on numbers from WHO and daily updates at Wikipedia - 2009 Pandemic. There is lag in the reporting and entry of the information so this graph does not include the latest figures post by JimO in this thread.
