Health rejects alleged death from influenza A (H1N1)

Tegucigalpa .- The health authorities on Monday rejected a woman of 59 years has died of infection of influenza A (H1N1), which became the first death from this deadly disease in our pa?s.El Health Minister, Carlos Aguilar said Monday at a press conference that the event which has transpired in some electronic media, has "fallen on speculation," and that so far not confirmed any deaths from influenza in Honduras.

The patient Ela Deysi Rodriguez Escobar (59), who was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Hospital School, died on Sunday in the morning, however at the request of the family is not performed an autopsy to determine the causes of his death, said Radio America.

The influenza virus A H1N1 wander without any control by the country.
